I really appreciated your time with me in the Members Only section and I completely respect your decision to cancel. Please fill out the following form so that I can honor your request. After completion you will receive an email confirmation in 3-5 business days.
If request is made before the 3rd of the month, you can receive an 80% refund for the price of the current month. Access will be cancelled for current, upcoming and following months.
If request is made after the 3rd of the month, you will have access to your plan for the rest of the current month but your membership will be cancelled for the upcoming and following months. No refund will be issued for current month.
You are always welcome to restart your membership at a later date! Hopefully we'll see each other again soon.
